Returns

Returns for a size exchange, or to exercise the right of withdrawal, on the Espadrilles online shop
How a return works depends on the payment method chosen.

CREDIT CARD

A return can be made within 14 working days of receiving the parcel, by post or another courier, at the customer’s expense. The shoes must be intact, clean and in their original box. Please place a note inside the parcel stating the reason for the return. Once the return is received, Ferrari & Zenobi will refund the amount net of shipping costs. To reorder a new size or a different item, the customer places a new order on the shop.

PAYPAL

A return can be made within 14 working days of receiving the parcel, by post or another courier, at the customer’s expense. The shoes must be intact, clean and in their original box. Please place a note inside the parcel stating the reason for the return. Once the return is received, Ferrari & Zenobi will refund the amount net of shipping costs. To reorder a new size or a different item, the customer places a new order on the shop.

CASH ON DELIVERY

A return can be made within 14 working days of receiving the parcel, by post or another courier, at the customer’s expense. The shoes must be intact, clean and in their original box. Please place a note inside the parcel stating the reason for the return and the size and/or item requested in exchange. Ferrari & Zenobi will send the requested size and/or item cash on delivery for €12.90, covering shipping and collection fees. If the customer had free shipping at checkout because the order was over €100, the €12.90 contribution is not required.
