Returns for size exchange or exercising the right of withdrawal from the online shop Espadrilles
Return procedures vary depending on the payment method chosen by the customer.

CREDIT CARD

Returns can be made within 14 working days from receipt of the package via post or other courier at the customer's expense. Footwear must be intact, clean, and in the original box. Please include a note inside the package with the reason for the return. Once the return is received, Ferrari & Zenobi will issue a refund minus shipping costs. To reorder a new size or item, the customer must return to the shop and place a new order.

PAYPAL

CASH ON DELIVERY

Returns can be made within 14 working days from receipt of the package via post or other courier at the customer's expense. Footwear must be intact, clean, and in the original box. Please include a note inside the package with the reason for the return and the size and/or item you wish to exchange for. Ferrari & Zenobi will send the requested size and/or item with a cash on delivery charge of €12.90 to cover shipping and collection costs. If the customer benefited from free shipping at the time of order by placing an order over €100, the €12.90 fee will not be required.
