Returns for size exchange or exercising the right of withdrawal from the Espadrilles online shop
Return procedures vary depending on the payment method chosen by the customer.

Before proceeding, please carefully read this important information, valid for all payment methods:

• Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, even if the original order shipping was free.
• Refunds cover only the cost of the shoes: shipping and/or collection fees are never refunded.
• The customer must ship the package independently via the courier of their choice (Poste Italiane or another courier): we do not send a courier for pickup and do not provide a prepaid return label.

CREDIT CARD

Returns can be made within 14 working days of receiving the package, via Poste Italiane or another courier chosen and paid for by the customer. Shoes must be intact, clean, and in the original box.

Please include a note inside the package with the name of the person who placed the order, the order number, and the reason for the return.

Once the return is received, Ferrari & Zenobi will refund only the cost of the shoes, excluding shipping costs. We do not offer direct exchange of size or item: to order a new size or item, the customer must return to the shop and place a new order.

PAYPAL

Returns can be made within 14 working days of receiving the package, via Poste Italiane or another courier chosen and paid for by the customer. Shoes must be intact, clean, and in the original box.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Please include a note inside the package with the name of the person who placed the order, the order number, and the reason for the return, also indicating the size and color of the item desired as a replacement.

Unlike other payment methods, for those who paid cash on delivery, direct exchange of size or item is available: Ferrari & Zenobi will ship the requested size and/or item cash on delivery, with a €15.90 fee to cover shipping and collection costs. If the customer benefited from free shipping during the order, having placed an order over €130, the €15.90 fee will not be required.
