Accepted payment methods

On our online shop, you can pay via:

• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, and major networks)
• PayPal
• Cash on Delivery (where available for Italy)

All payments must be made in Euro (€).

Transaction Security
Online transactions are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption systems and managed through the Shopify Payments gateway.

Espadrilles does not store or have access to customers’ full credit card details. Sensitive information is transmitted directly to the payment provider through a secure connection.

Payment with Credit Card
The card will be charged at the time of order confirmation. If canceled before shipment, the amount will be refunded according to the timing set by the customer's bank.

Payment with PayPal
The customer will be redirected to the PayPal platform to complete the payment securely.

The amount will be charged immediately upon order confirmation.

Any refunds will be made using the same payment method used.

Cash on Delivery Payment
Cash on delivery payment is available only for shipments within Italy.

The customer pays the order amount directly to the courier upon
at the time of delivery.

Any additional costs related to the cash on delivery service are indicated at checkout.

Billing
To receive an invoice, you must provide complete tax information at the time of order.

It will not be possible to issue an invoice after the shipment.
