This privacy notice (or “Privacy Policy”) is provided in compliance with current personal data protection laws, specifically under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018), regarding the processing of personal data of visitors to the website www.espadrilles.it.
The website is owned and managed by the Italian company Ferrari e Zenobi snc, based in Casalecchio di Reno (BO) at Via Marconi, no. 109, 40033. This privacy notice applies only to this website and not to third-party websites that the user may access via links.

2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES OF PROCESSING
Any personal data acquired will be processed solely for the following purposes:
A) Execution of contractual or pre-contractual measures: To allow access and
use of the site, creation of a personal account, management of purchases, and
response to assistance requests (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
B) Compliance with legal obligations: To comply with obligations established by law, by
European regulations or orders from Authorities (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
C) Legitimate interest: To ensure site security, prevent fraud, and, limitedly
to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase, send communications about similar products
(so-called Soft-Spam, Art. 130 para. 4 Privacy Code).
D) Consent of the data subject: For sending the newsletter, for direct marketing activities
(sending advertising/commercial material) and for the use of profiling cookies and
marketing (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
3. NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
Providing data for purposes A and B is mandatory to allow access to the website and requested services. Any refusal will result in the inability to provide the service. Providing data for marketing and newsletter purposes (D) is optional: without explicit consent, these services will not be provided, but the user can still use the website and complete purchases.
4. LOCATION AND METHODS OF PROCESSING
Data processing related to web services is carried out at the offices of Ferrari e Zenobi snc and is handled only by authorized personnel or external providers appointed as Data Processors (e.g., hosting provider). Processing is done using IT and paper tools designed to ensure data security and confidentiality in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR.
5. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND SPECIFIC PROCESSING
5.1 Browsing Data IT systems acquire data whose transmission is implicit in the use of network protocols (e.g., IP addresses, times, request method). This data is used for anonymous statistics and deleted immediately after processing (maximum 7 days), except when needed for investigating cybercrimes.
5.2.1 Data Provided Voluntarily (Contacts and Registration) The optional sending of messages via form or email involves acquiring the sender’s address and the data necessary to identify the user (first name, last name, email) in order to fulfill the requests submitted.
5.2.2 Direct Marketing Upon consent, data will be processed to send informational and advertising material via email, SMS, or similar tools. The user can withdraw consent at any time.
5.3 Newsletter The service is sent via email to those who explicitly request it. Unsubscription can be done through the link in every communication or by writing to info@ferrariezenobi.com. The system manages unsubscription automatically within a maximum period of 72 hours.
5.4 Cookie Policy The site uses technical (necessary), statistical, and marketing cookies.
Consent is required from the user via the banner for non-technical cookies.

Data will be retained only for the time strictly necessary to carry out the activities for which

Marketing/newsletter data: Until consent is withdrawn or no longer than 24 months.
