How long does the shipping take?
Ferrari & Zenobi has made reasonable efforts to process an Order within 4 (four) business days from receipt of the Order itself. Barring unforeseen circumstances, the product is delivered to the User within 5 (five) days from handover to the courier.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can use it to track the shipment in real time until delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs will be calculated and communicated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the order.
What payment methods are accepted?
On our online shop, you can make payments using:

- Cash on delivery (where available for Italy)

Within how many days can I make a return?
Returns can be made within 14 business days of receiving the package via post or another courier at the customer's expense. The footwear must be intact, clean, and in the original box. Please include a note inside the package stating the reason for the return.
How can I start a return?
Once the return is received, Ferrari & Zenobi will issue a refund minus the shipping costs. To initiate a return, simply send the intact footwear to:

To reorder a new size or a different item, the customer must return to the shop and place a new order.
When will I receive the refund?
Once the return is received, Ferrari & Zenobi will issue a refund minus the shipping costs. To reorder a different size or a new item, the customer will need to return to the shop and place a new order.
In the case of cash on delivery, Ferrari & Zenobi will ship the requested size and/or item with a cash on delivery fee of €12.90 to cover shipping and collection costs.
